At this time, returns, refunds or cancellations are not accepted.

All items are made to order and production starts immediately.

EXCHANGES

All of our candles are handmade and individually hand poured to ensure the highest quality possible, so appearance may vary slightly. Each candle will have minor imperfections due to the natural nature of soy wax.

Although, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photos and a detailed description so that we can evaluate the issue and provide further instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
