Shipping policy

All of our candles are made to order. Processing time can take approximately 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on how big the order is.

Domestic Shipping Rates (within US) : $10 flat rate (approximately 2-8 business days)

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE US WHEN YOU SPEND $65+

We ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent candles from sitting in hot trucks over the weekend.

PICK-UP ORDERS

We are located in Chicago, Illinois.

Please note that a scheduled date and time are required for pick-up orders.

Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready, it is essential to collect your order within 7 days. 

Bring your confirmation email when you come to pick up your item(s).

Refunds will not be issued for uncollected orders due to the items being handmade and made to order.

Pick-up appointments are available from 9am to 5pm.

BULK ORDERS AND WHOLESALE 

We are happy to work with you to accommodate bulk orders (10+ of a certain design)

We do offer wholesale. A resale certificate must be provided to receive wholesale prices. If you are interested in selling our products, please reach out.
